Three-room apartment attic for 5 persons composed of entry, a master bedroom, a triple room, separated kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, hair dryer, satellite TV, balcony. The kitchen is equipped with plates, dishes, pots, refrigerator, stove, microwave and everything necessary for the preparation of food.

Discount long holiday 14 days -5% 21 days -10%
(excluding period from 2 to 30 August 2008)

Prices are per week per apartment and include:

• bed-clothes
• power energy
• hot and cold water
• heating (only during the winter)
• deposit for skis and ski boots with ski boot dryer
• bicycle storage
• parking
• use of laundry and ironing

By payment:

• Garage Euro 45 per week
• Washmashine € 2

As confirmation of the reservation a deposit is required 1/3 of the stay to be sent by bank transfer.
The balance must be paid at the arrival in cash only.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.

The apartments can be occupied only by ne number of the persons agreed in reservation (children are considered adults). In case you have one or more persons than those booked, the owner has the right to accept or not to charge any surcharge.
At the departure the chalet should be left completely clean and in the same conditions found on arrival. A security fee of € 100 is required which will be returned to the customer, after checking the state of the apartments.
